I met Ajanta while working at NBN almost 7 years ago, when I started working at NBN. Over the last 7 years, I have been working with her on and off. Most recently as the Practice Lead for RPS, she helped to deliver Telstra’s resource requirements for ICT professionals. During and post-COVID availability of resources was a tough challenge in the ICT industry. In these toughest times, she helped us to find the right people who have become an asset to us, demonstrating her excellent delivery skills. She spends the time understanding your requirements and then works hard to ensure that they are delivered on time. Her delivery commitment is per excellence and her sincerity and dedication to her role can not be questioned. She is a valuable asset to any organisation she joins and the team she leads.
